Brighter Days Festival is three days of family-friendly fundraising fun held annually in the Victorian township of Bright, on the March Labour Day weekend. The Festival draws on the amazing local Bright community along with the passionate broader Brighter Days Community for goodwill and support and is run by a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to raising money for children's charities. All ages are covered for the festival and with events on all weekend, there is something for everyone. Live entertainment will feature the best Australia has to offer with past performers such as James Reyne, Kate Ceberano, Jon Stevens, Daryl Braithwaite, Ross Wilson, Chocolate Starfish, Thirsty Merc, Screamin’ Eagles, Russell Morris, Reece Mastin, Brian Cadd, Moving Pictures, Pseudo Echo - along with many more. The festival is packed with activities, such as: Sounds of silence – All ages Silent Disco Cooper card run – A great way to see beautiful Bright and surrounds Cruise for a cure – Cruise off to lunch at Dederang Hotel Eliza Baird Brightstars – Next generation showcase of talented musicians Bike and car show 'n' shine Babes Brunch - enjoy a glass of bubbles or two with great food The Amazing Chase – Family fun in and around town collecting clues, completing puzzles and activities Pedal to Punka - Family bike ride
