High Jinks' good friends from Bridge Road Brewers are in town, and popping by the bar to showcase some world-class beers. The origin of Bridge Road is a true-blue classic Aussie story. Small-town Victoria boy, Ben Kraus, heads over to Europe to learn about wine, gets distracted by the ski slopes of Austria, meets his future wife, works at a microbrewery, and comes back home a seasoned, worldly, and now spoken-for, man with only one thought on his mind: time to open his own brewery. In the early 2000s, the bland beer scene certainly needed a kick up the bottle. Fast-forward to 2024, and their Beechworth homies are headed to the High Jinks basement.
