Blacktown City will welcome the festive season with it's annual Christmas tree light up and concert in the Civic Plaza. Residents can enjoy free stage performances by local community groups, Christmas carols, a visit from Santa and photo opportunity, free face painting, and free Christmas glitter tattoos. At 8.45 pm the Christmas tree will be lit up, showcasing it's fairy lights and vibrant decorations. The night will also include the launch of the Mayoress Christmas Gift Appeal.
