Black & Ginger Wines are teaming up with the incredibly talented Cat Clarke, Chef extraordinaire from Dimboola. Cat is well known for growing many of her ingredients in her own garden and sourcing local produce to supplement, as well as sourcing native ingredients to enhance the flavours of her dishes. Last year, they headed north to Cat's home where she hosts regular luncheons throughout summer. This time, she's headed their way for a special 'Winter Feast' degustation dinner at the Pomonal Hall. The dinner will include, canapes and three courses with matched wines. Plus Hadyn and Cat will both speak to their creations throughout the night. Please advise any dietary requirements via email.
