Join in at Worrowing for this collaborative event along with Albert and Miso and Henry Clive for a Bistecca/fire long table dinner. This event is part of the Shoalhaven Food Network 2024 Autumn Celebration of Food. Chef Steve Brown will be showcasing local produce and suppliers in the menu while cooking over fire and coals, Henry Clive will have wine and cocktail pairings available to purchase on the night to compliment the food. The Castaways will be starting the evening off with some live music with canapés and drinks on arrival before dinner. The theme for the event will be food that is served a sharing banquet style over two long tables, so take the time to make new friends.
