Located in Rockhampton, Beef Australia is a place where prime ministers and other dignitaries share experiences with cattle producers and farmers, with scientists and agronomists, with local and visiting families and school groups, and with cooks and accomplished chefs from all corners of the globe. The Beef Australia week-long program focuses on all facets of the beef sector with an action packed program of activities and celebrations from cattle competitions, a symposium and seminars, property tours, cooking and butchery demonstrations, live entertainment, and beef cooked every which way.
