Soak up the creative atmosphere of a working pottery studio and join the studio community of makers. Work under the tutorage of artist Carys Martin to learn the techniques and tricks to creating in clay and to explore the different surface decoration options. Carys will give you a mold to build your shallow dish upon and share with you techniques you can use to bring your piece to life. You will work with a pale clay and you will be able to choose from a selection of studio glaze colours that Carys will finish your piece with after it has been biscuit fired. The workshop will run for 2 hours and is suitable for beginners through to advanced potters.
