Starts: Saturday, 19 October 2024
Ends: Saturday, 24 May 2025
Join yoga by the beach! The beaches of Western Australia are a highlight of everyone's travels and there's nothing more relaxing than starting your mornings with yoga overlooking the sparkling Indian Ocean. Beach Yoga classes are a moving meditation in the sun, flowing with the breath and taking the time to relax and experience each posture. Suitable for all levels, including beginner students. Start your weekend enjoying your yoga practice in nature at the beautiful South Beach! Classes are located at Ocean Road, South Fremantle, just north of the South Beach Cafe. Look out for the orange flags! Please note that you will need to bring-your-own mat/towel to practice on and any other props you like to use.
