Barossa Farmers Market have added to your weekly Saturday morning market experience through the introduction of a brand new demonstration kitchen, with regular cooking demonstrations using local produce! Wiech’s Barossa Valley Egg Noodles have been a local Barossa favourite since 1935. They continue to use the same recipe, traditional methods and all natural ingredients to handcraft their egg noodles. Wiechs will be releasing their new packaging at the Barossa Farmers Market with a cooking demonstration by Rockford Chef, Tim Bourke. He will be cooking up a heart-warming classic – Chicken Noodle Soup with Wiech’s Fine Egg Noodles. Head to the market in Angaston to see Chef Tim cooking on the demonstration kitchen, where you’ll hear from both Tim and the Manager of Wiech’s – Ellie Neindorf Agnew. Ellie will talk through Wiech’s history, making methods, their range of egg noodles, and new packaging. And of course, you will get to try some of the delicious winter soup at the end of the cooking demonstration!
