The Ballarat Aviation Museum will be highlighting two unique aircraft along with their usual display of aviation historical items. A Winjeel developed by the Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation at Fishermans Bend in Victoria. These aircraft were used by the Royal Australian Air Force commencing in 1955. And a Ryan SC "Sports Cabin" aircraft built by the Ryan Aeronautical Company in San Diego California in 1938. This aircraft served with the USA Air Force with Air Transport Command and the Civil Air Patrol.
