This year, the Back O' Bourke Stampede pays a special tribute to one of Bourke's own sons and favourite cowboys—Peter Simmonds! This Pro Rodeo is proudly affiliated with APRA9 Events, The Bull Ride, Saddle Bronc, Bareback Bronc Ride, Rope and Tie, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Barrel Race, Breakaway Roping, Junior Barrel Race, and the Peter Simmonds Memorial Shoot Out. Full bar facilities, a variety of food stalls, live entertainment and official Stampede merchandise.
