The immersive Ayurveda and Yoga Wellness Retreat offers a holistic wellness approach, allowing you to reset, recharge, and thrive! Guests can start each day with a beautiful breathwork and meditation session, followed by yoga with Simone. Throughout the day, there will be Ayurvedic workshops. The focus will be on learning the fundamentals of Ayurveda, learning your unique blueprint - your dosha, to help you heal and reset your digestion. Learn morning routines and rituals, to flow with the natural rhythms of the environment that surrounds you. Make your own skincare oils, and learn to cook Ayurvedic Sattvic meals, suited to your dosha. can be spent by the fire pit sipping spiced milk, or retreating to your own space for some solitude. The retreat is set on 10 acres at Curraweena House in the foothills of the Blue Mountains. Bring your walking shoes for a mindful walk through nature during the day. All workshops and yoga sessions are optional, you can do as much or as little as you wish. All meals are chef-prepared by NJ Lim, and are a Sattvic vegetarian diet, using the finest local ingredients. Your host, Karina Varnum from Samskara Healing House is an Ayurvedic Health Counsellor, Meditation Teacher and Reiki healer. Simone Smith from Smile Within Yoga is a Yoga Teacher and Meditation teacher.
