The Great Australia Duck Race is a reason to make Cobar Memorial Swimming Pool your destination for Australia Day! The ducks (yellow rubber duckies) are numbered 1-200 and have to swim the 50 metre length of the pool. First duck to reach the shallow end and touch the wall is the winner! Enjoy the rest of the activities at the pool including the giant inflatable obstacle, the water slide and score a BBQ lunch by one of the local community groups. Soak up the atmosphere of the pool and the celebration of local heroes being awarded Australia Day honors for their amazing work.
