This gentle small group, two-hour experience is designed to get the body moving at a slow and steady pace. The day will begin with a pre-land stretch session, followed by a warm-up walk in the magnesium-heated pool to get you ready for a bike ride. You will then cycle away your stress and relax at a gentle or faster pace (your choice) using these specially designed aqua bikes. You will then finish off with an Aqua Flow (stretch). You will then have time to relax and soak up the energy that this mineral gives you with a soothing face mask. Ending with a light refreshment.
