Winner of the prestigious Racing NSW award for the ‘Most Popular Country Feature Race meeting’ in 2009, 2008, 2006, 2004 and 2003. The Albury Gold Cup is recognised as an icon event for the fast developing city of Albury. With over AUD770,000 in prize money, trophies and bonuses on offer over two days with the feature race – AUD200,000 Listed Commercial Club Albury Gold Cup (2000m).
