Agnes Water Triathlon

Agnes Water Triathlon

Starts: Saturday, 28 September 2024
Ends: Sunday, 29 September 2024
Agnes Water Triathlon is a family orientated event in Central Queensland. The junior event is for children aged 5 to 13 and is a run, swim/wade, run format. The prize of a Mountain bike for a male and female is by random draw rather than the fastest on the day so every entrant has a chance of winning. The main triathlon event has 2 distances. The Enticer distance, for those who've never done a tri before and want to have a go and the Sprint distance. Both distances can be entered as an individual or a team. Agnes Water is on the very Southern tip of the Great Barrier Reef and is the last surf beach on the Queensland Coast. The water temperature for the event is normally around 23° with the air temperature being about the same.
