A Day At A Time in Rhyme By Jane Clifton

Starts: Saturday, 10 August 2024
Ends: Saturday, 10 August 2024
A Day At A Time in Rhyme is a one woman show starring well known actor (from Prisoner), singer, poet and author Jane Clifton. Jane Clifton resolved to write a poem every single day across a year. And she did! Her show is based on the published anthology of these poems. After playing a hit season at La Mama, this year Jane is playing at small venues in regional Victoria. It’s an intimate show, at times almost confessional, part autobiography, at other times made of wye observations of the world. There are laughs, heart felt emotion, burst of anger - and frequent irony. This event is jointly organised as a fundraiser for the Apollo Bay Theatre Collective and the Mechanics Hall Committee.
