Just as the winter tides reflect the change of season, so do the types of ingredients local producers grow. Winter is truffle season, and to celebrate, Pt. Leo Estate are offering a series of lunches, showcasing this rare and valuable product from local farm, Red Hill Truffles. They are closing the series with a seven-course extravaganza. Join the team in Laura to enjoy a cooking demonstration by Culinary Director, Josep Espuga. This will be followed by a bespoke seven-course menu, with all dishes enriched by truffles.
