This family and small dog friendly event is open to all dogs up to 30 centimeters at the shoulder. Ribbons and prizes awarded for all events with trophies for the Dachshund Derby and All Breeds Race. You can go in as many events as you like. Ribbons and prizes for first, second and third placings. Every participate goes home with a participation ribbon. Events include cutest puppy, child handler, egg and spoon race, Billy can race, pooper scooper, fancy dress, all breeds race and Dachshund Derby. Free facepainting, petting zoo, food vans, canteen, sausage sizzle will all be available and approximately 30 market stalls all selling dog related products even dog ice cream. A fun day out for everyone that is a dog lover and the chance to pat a lot of dachshunds. Please note any breed of dogs are welcome on the day however all must be kept on a leash at all times and no aggressive dogs are permitted.
