Watch as athletes showcase their speed and determination flying down the sprint track and around the notorious bends. Attendees will witness fierce competition in races from 70 to 3200 metres. Athletes are handicapped to give runners of different abilities a chance to be competitive and make finishes close and exciting. Now in its 138th continuous year, the Bay Sheffield is steeped in history. On Saturday we will celebrate the 100th running of the Glenelg 70m Sprint. You will see a modern twist on the format with twilight programming, lights and music. Sunday will see the big guns come out to play to try to take home the win in the 120m Men's and Women's Bay Sheffields.
