Dear members of the local community,
The Community Chat Breakfast is basically a chat and networking session whilst having breakfast. A guest speaker is invited to speak for about 10 - 15 minutes, with 5 minute question time. Then, those present have the opportunity to speak about their project / activity/ workplace for about 2 minutes. In that time, much information can be disseminated regarding Rochester and district. The aim is for the meeting to be finished by 8:55am to allow people time to get to work.
The feedback from the first 5 meetings has been very positive and exciting. The Rotary Club of Rochester is the facilitator of the meeting and Rotary business is not discussed.
The Club members would love for you to consider attending the ‘Community Chat’ breakfast for fellowship and sharing of ideas for the community to move forward.
- The next ‘Community Chat’ breakfast is Thursday 20th May for an 8am sharp start.
- If you could arrive about 7:50 to give everyone time to find a seat and chat, please.
- The guest speaker will be Glenda Nichol, President Rochester Business
- Network (RBN) Glenda will speak about the work of the RBN for the Rochester community.
