When he became one of the youngest Australian Masters at 29, it was suddenly his responsibility to keep everything afloat, working on every type of ship in every ocean of the world throws up challenges. Reginald McNee has worked on all types of vessels and in thirty years onshore, he has been responsible for Offshore Vessels around the world. With a fleet of 340 Offshore Vessels under his management, Senior Vice President for Tidewater in the South East Asia region, he also had to confront kidnappers as he negotiated for company hostages during his work in Africa.
