Nepean Triathlon

Starts: Saturday, 23 October 2021
Ends: Sunday, 24 October 2021
The event will again take place at the Olympic rowing course at the Sydney International Regatta Centre, Penrith. A big favourite of the competitors is the cycle leg which is a one lap course traffic free course through a rural area of Penrith with the Blue Mountains as the back drop.. There is Saturday "Enticer" races for juniors and adults to try the sport and to complete a short distance triathlon. These races are popular with all competitors receiving a race shirt and finisher's medallion for completing their race. The Nepean course is arguably the best triathlon course in Australia with the swim leg utilising the Olympic rowing course, the 30km bike leg on closed roads and the 10km run leg features a two lap course around the Olympic rowing lake and is spectator friendly.
