Ends: Thursday, 26 May 2022
Join Redland Art Gallery for a floor talk and light lunch. 'Impression of Mangroves' is a series of paintings by Brisbane‑based artist Mei Mei Liu. Taking inspiration from Redlands Coast’s unique environment, Liu reflects on her regular visits to Wellington Point (Cullen-Cullen) and observations of mangrove forests along the shorelines. Liu’s unique painting style is a hybrid of elements learnt from her training in Chinese painting combined with other western techniques and influences. The exhibition continues until Tuesday 12 July 2022. Bookings are essential. *Please check the RAG website for the latest COVID-19 information to assist you with planning your visit.
