Breathwork Retreat

Starts: Saturday, 19 March 2022, 9:30 am
Ends: Sunday, 20 March 2022, 4:00 pm

Breathing classes Sydney - Autumn Breathwork Retreat.

During this rebirthing retreat/breathwork course you will be guided through breathwork by a trained breathwork practitioner.

Work through stress anxiety and trauma over 2-days with a qualified breath coach.

Enjoy the serenity of the retreat space in a bushland setting the local attractions.

In addition to these 2-3 day breath workshops we often short classes in person and online.

Here are what participants said about their recent breathworks retreat with us:

"I didn’t know what to expect but can say without question that this breathwork weekend with Ginny has changed my life. I felt so much clarity from each of the breathwork exercises. Such incredible techniques and Ginny’s guidance and hospitality were wonderful."

- Kat

My three-day breathwork course with Ginny was amazing. She is kind and caring and a great instructor. I learnt a lot throughout the process with lots of useful takeaways for the future. I would highly recommend a transformational few days!

- Mike R

"Nothing could have prepared me for the freedom love openness I walked away from this work. Ginny’s guidance and teachings is like nothing else. The whole process was unbelievable. There was gentle guidance from yin to yang to yin and cathartic release. Everyone who is ready and open will benefit from this."

- Tammy

"Ginny is an amazing and knowledgeable practitioner. She holds and creates a beautiful space for her clients to go deep and release trauma whilst also providing a very clear understanding on the forces that were at play."

- Mark A
