The sixth Bathurst Winter Festival ran from 4 – 19 July in a very different format due to COVID-19. Strict social distancing measures meant most of the festival could not proceed as normal; ice rink, rides and major feature events. However, with creative and careful planning, Bathurst was able to celebrate winter with an all-in car experience for illuminations and a Drive-in Movie theatre at Mount Panorama. Food and music events were reimagined and live-streamed online via the events Facebook page.
