In 2020 the Fleurieu Biennale Art Prize is celebrating it’s 21st Anniversary by returning home to McLaren Vale with two, $20,000 prizes, one for 2D and one for 3D and a People’s Choice prize of $3000. Artists from all over Australia will respond to the theme “ Of the Earth”. Finalists selected by judges Debbie Pryor, Maria Zagala and Greg Healey will be shown at the Stump Hill Gallery, and Fleurieu Arthouse and Hardys Tintara Sculpture Park, all on Main Road, McLaren Vale from 13 June to 19 July. With the exhibition in McLaren Vale, what better reason to visit and stay and give yourself time to explore all that the Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer. Enjoy the arts, wine, and great local produce. The Fleurieu Peninsula has much to offer visitors; beautiful vistas from vineyards, and rolling hills to pristine beaches.
